Indian ethnic wear like salwar kameez , kurtis , anarkalis are comfortable yet graceful and easy to be worn.

What is anarkali ?

An anarkali is a long frock style top creating a flatter flowing outline . It is a alternative form of salwar kameez , typically consists of :-

- long frock style top

- churidar (bottoms)

- dupatta

Just below the chest the anarkali is little cinched and the other part of frock continues till the knee.

When to be wear ?

Anarkali kurtis are ornamented with attractive embroidery designs which usually manage to look smart, fashionable enough to be worn on :-

Raksha Bandhan , the word itself symbolizes "Protect", "Bond". Raksha bandan is a rhythm implemented ritual of protection between the uncontaminated bond that exits within siblings.

Why did I wrote siblings and didn't write between brother and sister ?
As because this festival is a honoring of the indestructible bond between siblings with a promise to be there always for their safety , to protect and no matter how many difficulties come to there path. This festival isn't meant only for brother and sister but can celebrated by sister and sister in order to protect her from many difficulties.

On the day of full-moon of the Hindu month of Sravana , raksha bandhan is being celebrated and in this day God of rain (Indra) and God of sea (Varuna) is regarded as idol to worship for that day.

Raksha bandhan has a great historical significance as it was started in Mahabharata , when the wife of Pandavas, Draupadi torn a piece of cloth from her saree to tie around the wrist of Krishna to prevent bleeding as he had got a cut in middle finger from the kite's thread. krishna felt quite happy and promise her to protect from every difficulties and he did that by saving Draupadi from "Vastra haran ".

And after few centuries when Rabindranath Tagore , during the Bengal partition motivate Hindu and Muslim women to tie scared thread to men from different coterie and make them their bhai . This was regarded as starting a mass festival of Raksha Bandhan. This was done in order to motivate people and makes them strong so that British efforts of dividing Hindu Muslim will not be successful.

It is also pronounced holy verse of unity regarded as a sign of living together . In ancient time when women feel insecure, they tie a thread "Rakhi" on the wrist of their brother or any men. In this manner the word "Rakhi" strengthens the pure bond between the siblings .

Scientific Reason Behind Hindu Fallacy

Hindu religion have many customs , traditions , rituals which have been followed from centuries . But behind all Hindu myths there is a logic term .

1. Doing namaskar

People used to greet each other by attaching both palms which is a tradition in Hindu culture entitled as "Namaskar".

Nevertheless there is a researched base (scientific) logic behind the"Namaskar " which only used to greet people .

On joining both palms make sure the joining apex of all fingers which are related to coercion points of ears , mind , eyes as well as the activated points helps us to re call that person for a long period of time .

And a basic logic behind that is since we don't make any bodily contact there will no transfer of germs through handshake.

2. Applying mehendi during marriage .

Weddings leads to cause stress but applying of mehendi can cools the body and helps of relaxation from stress.

According to Hindu tradition , applying mehendi is just a ritual but as mehendi is a powerful herb , it has some scientific reasons behind it .

3. Wearing bangles.

According to Hindu tradition and custom married woman should wear bangles in their wrist and if they don't wear then it will be against the tradition.

But according to science , the most engertic part of our body lies in our wrist which cause a lot of energy and wearing bangles around wrists produce friction and increases the circulation of blood.

Being fake is like cherry on the cake !!!

Only tears don't measure the pain

Sometimes fake smile have its own gain.

The weakness no one wants to show

As everyone want to have a strong grow .

You smile and laugh like you are perfectly fine

But deep down you're really crying.

You don't wanna to show your pain

Because you get those questions ,"what's wrong ?" Or "are you okay." again and again.

And after that it's too difficult to explain

So that fake sweet smile you usually claim.

But do you know ?

In summer who is the snow,

That is being fake is like icing on the cake .

According to modern study , it have experimented that even a fake smile can reduce stress , lower heart rate and can have a positive effect on the mood.

Fake smile can triggered the movement of muscles of your face and can "trick" your brain into a deep thinking that you're happy.

Neurotransmitters called endorphins are announced to let go when you smile or even you faking a smile or laugh as your brain doesn't able to differentiate between a fake smile and a real smile . 'Brain' only care for the muscle that's expand while smiling.

In a single term it is known as "Facial feedback hypothesis".

When we feel stressed at that time 'Cortisol' is more active which donate unpleasant , negative feeling which is reduced by releasing Endorphins.

Endorphins also act as a natural pain killer , reduce the chronic pain .

So we can actually get benefits from fake smile that hide a lot of pain .

Life is so difficult at times

But gives reason to be fine

So just punch it on a face

And keep going

Listen ,stop a while

You never know who is falling in love with your smile.

Yoga reherse was began during the civilization of Indus-Saraswati and was first introduced in Rig Veda and also mentioned in the Upanishads which consists of mantras , rituals and songs mainly used by Vedic priests.

Rishikesh is considered to be the birth place of Yoga which is located at the foothills of Himalayas.

About Naukasana(boat pose)

how to pose :

Step 1- Lie down straight on your back with your legs together.

Step 2- Put your hands next to the thighs.

Step 3- Take a deep breath and exhale .

Step 4- Raise up your chest as well as the feet from the ground .Recline your arms where your fingers are pointing towards the feet .

Step 6- Put up your toes , fingers , eyes in a line

Step 7- Maintain inhalation, exhalation while doing the pose .

Step 8- Hold the position for few seconds and then on gradual exhaling come back to the ground slowly with relaxation .

*Do this 3-4 times daily but shouldn't overdo.

You will feel pressure on your belly area on contradiction of your abdominal muscles.

Benefits:

- strengthens the back , abdominal muscles , thigh , hips , shoulder and neck .

-helps in tonning the leg , arm muscles and developing ABS. ( Not only going to the gym helps you to develop your six pack abs but yoga also helps to develop it )

- helps to remove fat , improving digestion as well as circulation of blood .

- good functioning of kidney , prostate glands , thyroid , liver , pancreas, lungs .

Trees are pretentious gift of our nature and an important source for our survival.

The cruel humanity are cutting down huge swaths of forests for the expansion of human land and are unable to acknowledge the significant calamity which will destroy the human species totally.

And after few years or we can say that few months the both humans and the forests will be kept in an museum as they will become extinct where no one will be there to see those precious gemstone as well as the so called "HUMANS" "UNSCRUPULOUS DESTROYER".

Hmm if you can imagine a lot in your fantasy land then yeah , you can say that alien will visit our Motherland ,"Earth" and see those extincted gemstone with its destroyer.

Our Indian scientist , Jagdish Chandra Bose who invented a device called crescograph that could detect very small motions within plant tissues which can make a proof that the large number of plants "Forests" can feel the pain of getting burned, getting injured from humans ,

But still provide us with valuable things such as medicines , fruits , provide oxygen, shelter for animals, etc.

You know life is practical and nothing happens by chance, by fate , People create their own fate by their actions which speaks louder than the words and that's the 'Karma' for which the one and only gemstone , our natural heritage, our best friend , our soul , our survival is only taking a dangerous revenge from us .

Salmonella, Malaria , Lyme disease ,Yellow fungus , Low level of oxygen, Climatic change , Increased of green house gases, Desertification , etc and the most trending dangerous disease Corona virus will be the reason of our extinction , I'd we will go on destroying our beautiful nature .

It will take no time to become devil from an angel .
