Bap ne beti de di
Log saman kya Kya mila puchhte rhe

Kisi ne na puchha mol us anmol beti ka
Sab dahej dekhne k liye jutate rhe

Maa ne sikhaya ab sasural tumhara ghar hai
Unki ijat ab tumhare sar hai

Mayeka or sasural ab beti do jgh se jane jane lagi
Fir v sasural me sab kehte kya le k aaeho Jo itna itrane lagi

Jamin bik gae ghar girwi rkh diya bap ne
Ek ek sman list bna k kharida dahej k liye

Fir v tana milta kya diya hi h tere bap ne
Kaleje ka tukra apni khushi de di 

Jo holi me rangoli deepawali me ghum ghum k diye jalaya Krti thi
Wo anmol sampatti de di
