हिंदू धर्म में तुलसी को विशेष महत्व दिया गया है। इसलिए हिंदू धर्म के लोग तुलसी को माता का रूप मानकर उसकी पूरे विधि-विधान से पूजा करते हैं। उस घर में रहने वालों को कोई संकट नहीं आते। स्वास्थ्य के लिए आयुर्वेद में तुलसी के अनेक गुण के बारे में बताया गया हैं। यह बात कम लोग जानते हैं कि तुलसी परिवार में आने वाले संकट के बारे में सुखकर पहले संकेत दे देती हैं। शास्त्रों में यह बात भली प्रकार से उल्लेख है कि अगर घर पर कोई संकट आने वाला है तो सबसे पहले उस घर से लक्ष्मी यानि तुलसी चली जाती है और वहां दरिद्रता का वास होने लगता है।

एक मान्यता यह भी है कि लंकापति नरेश रावण के भाई विभीषण भी रोजाना तुलसी की पूजा करते थे। यही कारण था कि उनके महल में भी तुलसी का पौधा था। जब लंका दहन के समय हनुमान जी ने ये पौधा विभीषण के महल में देखा तो उन्होंने सिर्फ इस एक जगह को छोड़कर पूरी लंका में आग लगा दी थी।

सुबह स्नान आदि से निवृत होकर तुलसी में लोटे से जल चढ़ाएं।
जल चढ़ने से पूर्व अक्षत, चंदन, रोली और अगर रोली न हो तो हल्दी को तुलसी के पौधे पर अर्पित करें।
आप अपनी सुविधानुसार 11, 21 111 परिक्रमा कर सकते हैं और उसके बाद मां तुलसी का ध्यान कीजिए।
इसके बाद तुलसी के पत्ते डालकर प्रसाद वितरित करें।
दिन ढलने के दौरान तुलसी के पौधे के पास घी का दीपक जलाएं।
ऐसा करने से घर में कलह-कलेश का वातावरण नहीं बनता और सुख समृद्धि आती है।

लंबे और खूबसूरत नाखून पाने के लिए अपनाएं ये उपाय
बहुत सी लड़कियों को ये शिकायत होती है कि उनके नाखून बढ़ने के साथ ही टूट जाते हैं. ऐसे में कभी भी वो परफेक्ट शेप मिल ही नहीं पाती जिसकी उम्मीद होती है. पर क्या आपने कभी ये सोचा है कि नाखून टूटते क्यों हैं?
लंबे नाखूनों के लिए अपनाएं ये उपाय
लंबे और खूबसूरत नाखून किसे अच्छे नहीं लगते...नाखून अगर खूबसूरत हों, पूरी तरह शेप में हों और मजबूत हों तो हाथों की खूबसूरती और बढ़ जाती है. लंबे नाखूनों को आप तरह-तरह के नेल आर्ट बनाकर सजा भी सकती हैं.
लेकिन बहुत सी लड़कियों को ये शिकायत होती है कि उनके नाखून बढ़ने के साथ ही टूट जाते हैं. ऐसे में कभी भी वो परफेक्ट शेप मिल ही नहीं पाती जिसकी उम्मीद होती है. पर क्या आपने कभी ये सोचा है कि नाखून टूटते क्यों हैं? कई बार हॉर्मोनल कारणों की वजह से तो कई बार पोषण की कमी के चलते नाखून टूट जाते हैं.
1. लहसुन के इस्तेमाल से
लहसुन की एक कली लें. उसके छिलके उतार दें. कली को बीच में से काट ले और इसे अपने नाखूनों पर 10 मिनट तक रखें. ऐसा करने से नाखून तेजी से बढ़ते हैं.
2. संतरे का रस और अंडे की सफेदी
अंडे के सफेद हिस्से को एक कटोरी में निकाल लें. इसमें दो चम्मच संतरे का रस मिला लें. इस घोल को अपने नाखूनों पर 5 मिनट तक रखें. इसमें विटामिन सी होता है जो कोलजिन का प्रोडक्शन करता है जिससे नाखून मजबूत बनते हैं.
3. ऑलिव ऑयल से करें मसाज
अपने नाखूनों पर जैतून का तेल लगा कर मालिश करें. इसमें विटामिन ई होता है जो नाखूनों को पोषण प्रदान करता है जिससे नाखून तेजी से बढ़ते हैं.
4. नारियल का तेल
नारियल तेल में फैटी एसिड तथा अन्य पोषण तत्व पाए जाते हैं, जिससे नाखूनों की मसाज करने पर फायदा होता है.
5. एप्पल साइडर वेनिगर
एक चम्मच घिसा लहसुन लें और उसमें एक चम्मच एप्पल साइडर वेनिगर मिलाएं. इसे अपने नाखूनों पर लगाकर10 मिनट तक रखें. इसके बाद हाथों को साफ पानी से धो लें.
6. जैतून का तेल
रात को सोने से पहले जैतून के तेल को हल्का गर्म करके नाखूनों की मालिश करें. जैतून के तेल में विटामिन इ होता है जो नाखूनों को नमी देने के साथ-साथ उन्हें पोषण देने में भी मदद करता है.
7.चुकंदर
चुकंदर स्वास्थ्य के लिए बहुत लाभकारी होता है. इसके सेवन से नाखून सुन्दर और खूबसूरत होते हैं. और नाखूनों पर पड़े दाग-धब्बे भी दूर होते हैं. इसके लिए आप चुकंदर के रस या इसे सलाद के रूप में सेवन कर सकती हैं.
8. नींबू
गर्म पानी में नींबू का रस डालकर 5 मिनट तक रखें.उसके बाद तुरंत हाथ ठंडे पानी में डाल दें. इससे नाखून लंबे तो होंगे ही साथ-साथ कोमल भी होंगे.
9. प्रोटीन युक्त भोजन
नाखून प्रोटीन से बने होते हैं और अगर वे कमजोर या छोटे हैं तो इसका मुख्य कारण शरीर में प्रोटीन की कमी हो सकती है. इसके लिए आप प्रोटीन युक्त भोजन का सेवन करें. आप चाहे तो प्रोटीन शेक या विटामिन डी सप्लीमेंट्स भी ले सकते हैं.

हर किसान के खेत तक पानी पहुंचे यही सरकार की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है। उसका सबूत है सरयू नहर परियोजना का पूरा होना है। जब सोच ईमानदार होती है तो काम दमदार होता है। इतिहास गवाह है कि अगर किसी प्यासे को प्याला भर पानी पिला दें तो वो इंसान जीवन भर उस इंसान को नहीं भूलता है। आज किसानों के प्यासे खेत जब पानी प्राप्त करेंगे तो हमें भरोसा है कि जीवन भर आपका आशीर्वाद हमें काम करने की प्रेरणा देगा।

बलरामपुर पहुंचे पीएम मोदी ने जनरल बिपिन रावत को याद किया। मोदी ने कहा कि जनरल का जाना देश के लिए बड़ी क्षति है। वह जहां कहीं भी रहेंगे, भारत को आगे बढ़ाते रहेंगे। हेलिकॉप्टर हादसे में मारे गए देश के सभी जवानों को श्रद्धांजलि। उन्होंने घायल वरुण सिंह के स्वस्थ होने की प्रार्थना भी की।
प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी बलरामपुर में सरयू नहर परियोजना के उद्घाटन के लिए पहुंच गए हैं। मंच पर मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ और उपमुख्यमंत्री केशव प्रसाद मौर्य मौजूद। कार्यक्रम के लिए बड़ी संख्या में जनता पहुंची हुई है। योगी ने मां दुर्गा की प्रतिमा देकर प्रधानमंत्री का स्वागत किया।
सरयू नहर परियोजना से जुड़ेंगे नेपाल से लगे यूपी के nine district
सरयू नहर परियोजना से बहराइच, श्रावस्ती, बलरामपुर, गोंडा, बस्ती, सिद्धार्थनगर, संतकबीरनगर, महराजगंज और गोरखपुर को जोड़ा
318 किमी लंबी इस परियोजना को 9800 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से बनाया गया है। सरयू नहर परियोजना का फायदा
पांच नदियां आपस में जुड़ेंगी सरयू नहर परियोजना से
सरयू नहर परियोजना में पांच नदियों को भी जोड़ा गया है। घाघरा, सरयू, राप्ती, बाणगंगा और रोहिन नदियों को जोड़ते हुए 318 किलोमीटर लम्बी मुख्य नहर और इससे जुड़ी half-dozen,600 किलोमीटर लिंक नहरों वाली उक्त नहर से पूर्वांचल के नौ जिले जुड़ेंगे। इस परियोजना से एक तरफ जहां किसानों को खेतों में सिंचाई के लिए मुफ्त पानी की सुविधा मिलेगी, वहीं दूसरी तरफ बाढ़ की त्रासदी भी कम होगी। नदियों के पानी का डायवर्जन नहरों में होने से बाढ़ का असर कम होगा।
परिकल्पना 1971 तत्कालीन कांग्रेस सरकार ने की थी लेकिन पूरा होने पांच दशक बीत गए। सरयू नहर परियोजना देश की सबसे बड़ी सिंचाई सरयू नहर पूर्वांचल किसानों की किस्मत बदलेगी।
318 किमी लंबी इस परियोजना को 800 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से बनाया गया है। इस परियोजना में पांच नदियों को भी जोड़ा गया है। घाघरा, सरयू, राप्ती, बाणगंगा और रोहिन नदियों को जोड़ते हुए 318 किलोमीटर लम्बी मुख्य नहर और इससे जुड़ी vi,600 किलोमीटर लिंक नहरों वाली उक्त नहर से पूर्वांचल के नौ जिलों बहराइच, श्रावस्ती, बलरामपुर, गोंडा, बस्ती, महाराजगंज, सिद्धार्थनगर, संत कबीर नगर और गोरखपुर

1978 में इस पर बहराइच से काम शुरू हुआ था। देवीपाटन मंडल के चारों जिले बहराइच, श्रावस्ती, बलरामपुर और गोंडा इसमें शामिल थे। साल 1982 में इसे अन्य जिलों के लिए विस्तार दिया गया। घाघरा, राप्ती, सरयू, बाणगंगा और रोहिणी नदी को आपस nine जोड़कर nine nine में vi,623 किमी नहरों का जाल बिछाकर दूरदराज के गांवों में पानी पहुंचाने की योजना बनाई गई।

इस को जब 1978 शुरू किया गया। उस वक्त इस पर खर्च लिए 2015 में केंद्र सरकार ने पीएम कृषि सिंचाई योजना शुरू कर हर खेत को पानी पहुंचाने का लक्ष्य रखा।
सरयू नहर परियोजना के निर्माण से कई लाभ होंगे। एक तरफ जहां किसानों को खेतों में सिंचाई के लिए मुफ्त पानी की सुविधा मिलेगी, वहीं दूसरी तरफ बाढ़ की त्रासदी भी कम होगी। नदियों के पानी का डायवर्जन नहरों में होने से बाढ़ का असर कम होगा। पशु-पक्षी भी अपनी प्यास बुझा सकेंगे।
इसमें घाघरा से सरयू व सरयू से राप्ती को जोड़ा गया है। इसके साथ ही राप्ती को बाणगंगा तथा बाण गंगा से रोहिन नदी जोड़ी गई है। नदियों को आपस में जोड़ने से बाढ़ जैसी विभीषिका से भी लोगों को बचाया जा सकेगा। इसके साथ ही सिंचाई के लिए नहर में पानी छोड़ा जा सकेगा।
आजाद भारत की सबसे बड़ी सिंचाई की सरयू नहर परियोजना का लोकार्पण आज प्रधानमंत्री मोदी बलरामपुर में करेंगे। पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री स्व. अटल बिहारी बाजपाई की कर्मभूमि बलरामपुर से कोई बड़ा संदेश भी दे सकते हैं। पीएम मोदी सबसे पहले इस सरयू नहर परियोजना के मॉडल का अवलोकन करेंगे। यह मॉडल नोयडा में विशेषज्ञों के द्वारा तैयार किया गया है, जिसमें नौ जिलों में इस परियोजना को दर्शाया गया है। इसी मॉडल पर बटन दबाकर पीएम मोदी परियोजना का लोकार्पण करेंगे।
मॉडल में बनी नहरों में जैसे ही पानी का संचालन होगा ठीक उसी दौरान सभा स्थल से कम्प्यूटर के माध्यम से श्रावस्ती स्थित राप्ती बैराज को खोल दिया जाएगा। राप्ती बैराज के खुलते ही सरयू नहर में पानी पहुंच जाएगा। इसके बाद पीएम मोदी सभा स्थल पर पहुंचकर लोगों को संबोधित करेंगे। उनके साथ उत्तर प्रदेश की राज्यपाल आनंदीबेन पटेल व मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ मौजूद रहेंगे। पीएम मोदी के कार्यक्रम को लेकर कई दिनों से तैयारियां युद्ध स्तर पर की गई हैं। सभा स्थल को आकर्षक ढंग से सजाया गया है। शुक्रवार को सूबे के जलशक्ति मंत्री डा. महेंद्र सिंह, पूर्व सांसद दद्दन मिश्र, आयुक्त देवी पाटन मंडल एसबीएस रंगाराव, डीएम श्रुति व एसपी हेमंत कुटियाल सहित कई अन्य लोगों ने सभा स्थल पर पहुंचकर तैयारियों का जायजा लिया।

पीएम मोदी ने भगवान शिव को गंगा जल अर्पित किया और पुजारी के बताए अनुसार विधि-विधान से पूजा-अर्चना की।
पीएम मोदी ने विश्वनाथ मंदिर परिसर में वृक्षारोपण कर लोगों को पर्यावरण के प्रति जागरूकता का संदेश दिया।
प्रधानमंत्री ने फूल बरसाकर काशी विश्वनाथ प्रोजेक्ट के लिए दिन-रात एक करने वाले सैकड़ों मजदूरों का अभिनंदन किया। पीएम ने मजदूरों के साथ भोजन किया। प्रधानमंत्री के साथ खाना खाने वाले मजदूर भी उत्साहित नजर आए।

अपने चार दशकों की सेवा के दौरान जनरल रावत ने एक ब्रिगेड कमांडर, जनरल ऑफिसर कमांडिंग-इन-चीफ (जीओसी-सी) दक्षिणी कमान, सैन्य संचालन निदेशालय में जनरल स्टाफ ऑफिसर ग्रेड two, कर्नल सैन्य सचिव और उप सैन्य सचिव के रूप में कार्य किया है. जूनियर कमांड विंग में सैन्य सचिव की शाखा और वरिष्ठ प्रशिक्षक. वह संयुक्त राष्ट्र शांति सेना का भी हिस्सा रहे हैं और उन्होंने कांगो लोकतांत्रिक गणराज्य में एक बहुराष्ट्रीय ब्रिगेड की कमान संभाली थी.
